Il Lokeren Riserve, noto anche come Lokeren B o Lokeren U23, è la squadra riserve del Lokeren Oost-Vlaanderen, un club calcistico belga con sede a Lokeren, nelle Fiandre orientali. La squadra gioca in Terza Divisione Dilettanti, il quinto livello del calcio belga.
Il Lokeren Riserve è stato fondato nel 1945 come squadra dilettantistica indipendente nota come SK Lokeren. Nel 1976, il Lokeren si fuse con l'FC Racing Lokeren per formare il KSC Lokeren Oost-Vlaanderen. La squadra riserve del Lokeren continuò a giocare come SK Lokeren fino al 2000, quando cambiò nome in Lokeren B. Nel 2015, la squadra riserve del Lokeren cambiò nuovamente nome in Lokeren U23.
Il Lokeren Riserve ha vinto il campionato della Terza Divisione Dilettanti due volte, nella stagione 1981-1982 e nella stagione 2013-2014. La squadra ha anche vinto la Coppa del Belgio per dilettanti una volta, nella stagione 2008-2009.
