L'Uganda People's Defense Forces Football Club, noto anche come UPDF FC, è una squadra di calcio ugandese con sede ad Entebbe che compete nella Uganda Premier League, il campionato di calcio di prima divisione del paese.

Il club è stato fondato nel 1999 come Buikwe Red Stars e ha cambiato il suo nome in UPDF FC nel 2003, dopo essere stato acquisito dall'esercito ugandese. L'UPDF FC ha vinto la Uganda Premier League per la prima volta nella stagione 2004-2005, e poi di nuovo nella stagione 2006-2007. Il club ha anche vinto la Uganda Cup nel 2004 e nel 2005.

L'UPDF FC ha rappresentato l'Uganda nelle competizioni CAF, raggiungendo il secondo turno della CAF Champions League nel 2006 e il primo turno della CAF Confederation Cup nel 2008.

L'UPDF FC gioca le sue partite casalinghe al Mandela National Stadium di Namboole, un impianto da 45.202 posti. La squadra indossa maglie rosse con pantaloncini verdi e calzettoni rossi.

L'UPDF FC è uno dei club di calcio più popolari in Uganda e ha una forte rivalità con il Kampala City Council FC e l'Express FC.
