I Paine Lions sono una squadra di basket universitaria degli Stati Uniti che rappresenta l'Università di Paine a Wayne, in Georgia. La squadra compete nella Divisione II della NCAA e fa parte della Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). I Lions giocano le partite casalinghe presso la Paine Gymnasium.

La squadra è stata fondata nel 1903 e ha vinto il suo primo campionato SIAC nel 1921. I Lions hanno vinto un totale di 12 campionati SIAC, l'ultimo dei quali nel 2019. La squadra ha anche partecipato al torneo NCAA Division II per 10 volte, raggiungendo le Final Four nel 2009.
